AI-Powered Healthcare Member Experience

My role:  Creative lead, Ideation, and direction / Design collaboration.

Description: A healthcare company was interested to learn how AI could improve overall customer satisfaction and processes. We crafted an experience that showed how AI can assist in identifying attrition in members to enable outreach messaging and engagement. For the members themselves, we showed how AI can assist with shopping healthcare plans, finding a doctor, checking in, and assistance with the doctor visit.
